The room and facility is nice but to my opinion overpriced. The town is little and the location is not close to the center. in order to be that pricey. Breakfast was not included. I have paid for breakfast and removed meats from it and was still charged full price for it. The staff is very nice, came to the rescue each time needed. We loved the fresh air, lots of nature, very clean town and nice people!

This property was conveniently located. The rooms were clean. Shower had great water pressure. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. There are several entrances making it easy to avoid the business of the lobby.

Close to where we needed to be and easy to find. Check in/out was easy and the staff were accommodating and friendly. Love the fact that there were multiple doors to access for going in and leaving with room key.

Good location, set back from the road. Comfortable room. Pleasant staff. Would stay here again if returning to Middlebury.

Good location. Close to downtown and the Falls. Also close to Rosie’s restaurant which is excellent!
